Preschool English

Preschool English is very important for the development of children starting from very early ages.

Preschool English It could come in the form of kindergarten English study or personal, home-based English lessons. The method is important only if you’re interested in the difference between the single and group types of language study.

No matter the method, this is a simple but effective way of making your child busy and happy. Preschool English is based on games because it’s rather difficult to maintain children’s attention focused on one thing for too long at this early age. Consequently, preschool English teachers have different training than regular English teachers and must have special abilities for this profession. Patience and inner equilibrium are just a few of a preschool English teacher’s required personality traits in order to be able to do the job at the right standards.

Preschool English teachers should work well with children, should love playing with them, should be warm and caring and, last but not least, be very spontaneous and caring. Children have the finest tuned receptors when it comes to people. This is why teachers will never be able to fake the necessary featured requirements of this extremely special profession. As a plus, preschool English could be taught by a native English speaker, something that could boost children’s abilities in speaking English. In this way, the advantage of infusing information in the sponged mind of an early aged would be doubled by the continuous English communication with a person who has no knowledge of their mother language.

The results are usually spectacular, depending – of course – on each child’s talent and interest. But when you combine interesting teaching methods with the right teacher, there can’t be any mistakes at the end of the day. All children will have good information residing in their fresh minds, even if some of them will probably be more advanced in knowledge than others.

There are hundreds (maybe even thousands) of methods of teaching preschool English. Most of them can be found in specialized books for teachers. Some of them, of course, are better known. In any case, among the best known teaching methods for preschool English should be:

  • the use of games in classes (all children interacting with each others and with the teachers, using old and new simple or more complex vocabulary, using drawings, books with pictures, maps or small cards with pictures) where they ask each others or are being asked by the teacher and they have to answer to those questions using old and new vocabulary;
  • continuous communication between children and with their teacher
  • simulating real life situations or making plays
  • playing usual games but using English instead of their mother language

These are just a few examples. But overall, preschool English not only will develop your child’s abilities and knowledge, but it will also infuse it with happy feelings because of the continuous game playing and interaction with people.

masterofhyrule.tk Second Video in the series. Aren’t Mario games always the best games to play like Super Mario Bros 1, 2, 3, Super Mario World, Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario Galaxy, and so on… Since Mario is Nintendo’s Mascot…. well, there have been many crappy learning games with Mario in it and well, this is one of those games that should of never existed! Today’s… Game… is… Mario’s… Early… Years… Preschool… Fun… Ok.. I’ll stop with the dot dot dot. I don’t see how kids can learn from such a crappy game. Good thing I never played this as a child. :) This game was released on the Super Nintendo (SNES). Nintendo did license it too (you can’t see it because I had the text on top of it by mistake).Also, check out Stencyl!
